- First, EVERY guitar and bass that we carry, from the rarest vintage Steinberger L2 bass or GL guitar is carefully inspected and set-up and adjusted by Jeff Babicz.
- Next, we set-up and adjust any TransTrem model guitar so that it's TransTrem is performing perfectly on arrival.
- Third, we use our own "action" specifications, which are more stringent than the original factory specs.
- Last, we offer a 48-hour approval period on all of our used guitars to give you the opportunity to thoroughly inspect and examine your new purchase.
All of our vintage Steinberger guitars and basses are shipped on a 48 hour customer approval basis, which has become the "standard" in the vintage guitar sales community. If you are not satisfied for ANY reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a prompt return and refund. An instrument returned must be in the same condition as it was shipped, and the return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
