The LaBella string company was the original supplier to the Steinberger Sound Corporation when Ned was building his amazing Steinberger guitars and basses here in the USA. LaBella President Richard Cocco worked closely with Ned Steinberger to develop the first calibrated double ball-end strings used for the Steinberger instruments. Often imitated, but never equaled, these high-quality strings are manufactured right here in the USA.

There are three “series” of LaBella double ball-end guitar strings available. The “S”-series string models are listed here. They are the most basic string model.
